What is tarot?

Also known as Cartomancy.
A tarot deck contains 78 cards featuring the Major and Minor Arcana., There are four suits Wand, Pentacles, Cups and Swords. These cards are used to gain insight into the past, present and future by asking specific questions. It is up to the individual tarot reader as to how they interpret the outcome.

How do I choose the right tarot deck for me?
Very much an individual choice. It is advised to look at several decks before purchasing as you want the one that “talks” to you over the others.
How often should I get a tarot reading?
Depending on the contact of previous reading is it recommended to wait at least six months as you require time for some of the reading to manifest. A professional reader should always be willing to discuss appropriate time frame for their clients.
What is scrying?
Also known as Hydromancy. The word scrying is an old English word descry, meaning to reveal and to see dimly. The most well-known form of scrying is via a crystal ball but any reflective or luminescent surfaces such as crystal, mirrors and water will do just as well for the experienced scryer. Many scryers also use fire/smoke, clouds and shadows by interpreting the many patterns that are identified.
